"In the first part, we experienced rain in the desert - extremely rare. Later we came to a very bumpy field. After a jump, we came to shove, both rear tires slipped from the rim and we had to change. Since we dabeihatten no further spare wheels, we were very defensive. I am quite fond of it, that here we have the opportunity to sort out problems and not with the "Dakar must do '."

Through these tire failures and Dirk von Zizewitz Giniel de Villiers today have lost the edge to the top. You can not spoil the fun - that is always full throttle. The Silk Way rally is definitely a very good preparation for the Dakar Rally in January in Argentina and Chile.
