Echt schade, zumal es hätte anders laufen können, wenn der Truck sie eher gefunden hätte. Aber alles hätte wäre wenn nützt ja nix, that’s racing.

Robby is now offiicaly withdrawn from the Race. The person that talked to Darren via satphone was Chris, she is Darrens girlfriend.
Here is another quote from Chris:

Very disappointing, but not too bad for the first year at Dakar with a new vehicle. They’ll have learned a lot about what improvements to make, and try again next year. I don’t think Robby will stop until he wins the thing. And I believe he has the ability.
